  Pre-Requisite:
  
  1. Internal Company
  - Setup a Company with Company Type I (Internal)
  ===
  1. Go to company master (sp) app > create new
  
  2. Enter a name, description and company type = "I" (must be
  internal) and save
  
  3. Select action > add company Master to Organization
  
  4. Select the organization you want and hit ok.
  ===
  
  
  - This Company's RBNI account should be populated with GL
  Account information.
  (Purchasing --> Companies (SP) --> Pull up the company -->
  populate the RBNI field)
  
  
  
  
  2. Ensure you have atleast one internal service item setup in
  Maximo:
  ===
  
  
  now go to > service item (sp) app > create new
  give a name, new row on vendors and add the company created
  above
  save and change status to active
  ===
  
  
  Replication Steps:
  
  
  1. Login to Maximo
  
  2. Financial Periods --> Chart of Accounts application
  
  3. More Actions - Validation Options
  
  4. Check Validate GL Component Combinations and Require Valid GL
  Account for All Transactions
  
  5. More Actions - Add/Modify Account Structure
  
  6. Check Required for first three Components (COST CENTER,
  ACTIVITY
  and RESOURCE)
  
  7. Open Work Order Tracking (SP) and create a new work order
  
  8. Set an incomplete GL Account, e.g. 6000-???-???
  
  9. Approve the work order
  
  10. Go to Actuals tab and open Services list tab
  
  11. Click Select Internal Services and add a service
  
  12. Verify that GL Debit Account is incomplete, same as in step
  07
  above, on the Service transaction
  
  13 Save
  
  ISSUE: The work order is saved desipte having an incomplete GL
  Debit
  Account and validation of GL accounts is active
  
  
  14. Trying to do the same thing with a Labor transaction results
  in an
  error message, BMXAA2530E - Not a valid labor transaction GL
  account
  6000-???-300. Either the required components are not filled or
  the
  component values are not valid.
