  Problem Summary
  On endpoints where a reboot is pending after the installation of
  a patch or upgrade not related to IBM Endpoint Manager for
  Remote Control, the deployment or update of a Remote Control
  component can result in a return code 3010 from Windows
  Installer. This causes the fixlet to be reported as failed. The
  3010 return code from Windows Installer is not an error, the
  Remote Control installation or upgrade did complete
  successfully. The return code indicates that a previous package
  or patch needs a reboot to complete its installation.
  
  All fixlets were updated to check for the 3010 return code and
  allow the actionscript to continue.
