Symptom
ERROR [STDERR] [Error] :1:14: Document is invalid: no grammar found.
ERROR [STDERR] [Error] :1:14: Document root element "GlobalConfig", must match
DOCTYPE root "null".
Only version in drop down for the PIP Version in the
Contract setup is R02.00
Error: Contract look up fails for 3A7 Update
Notification message
The PIP_DEF table in the database only contains an
entry for PIP Version R02.00 for the 3A7
