SQL/ODBC Map that pulls all data from a table using an additional SQL statement in the map, for each document pulled from the database, produces output from this record for the first document but not sub-sequent documents.
The map contains a separate SQL statement to pull all data from a table in addition to what is pulled by the SQL statement that retrieves the data to create a document.
Only first document contains data from table accessed by the second SQL statement
