returned rather than the current home directory.

  • The effective user ID should be used when the JVM is invoked
from a shell session created with command "su -".

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • This defect will be fixed in:
6.0.0 SR9
.
  The JVM has been updated so that the current home directory is
returned for Java system property user.home when the JVM is
invoked from a shell session created with command "su -".
.
To obtain the fix:
Install build 20100615 or later
