Local fix

• Run the java executable from the $JAVA_HOME/jre/bin directory
  

Problem summary

• The problem is caused when a launcher message is produced by a
  binary in the $JAVA_HOME/bin directory.  The launcher looks for
  its message file in the same directory as the binary and fails
  to find it.  In this case a default message is produced
  consisting of the message id and its parameters.  A  coding
  mistake means that the parameters - in this case the fullversion
  string - are printed twice.
  

Problem conclusion

• This defect will be fixed in:
  1.4.2 SR13 FP5
  5.0.0 SR12
  .
  The java launcher is modified to look in the $JAVA_HOME/jre/bin
  directory for its message file and the generation of the default
  message is also fixed.

  To obtain the fix:
  Install build 20100511 or later
