Error description
When trying to log onto TEP, the customer receives an AUTH102 error. What is seen is that, when the user tries to sign on using and uppercase ID (SYSADMIN), a failure occurs. Then a different ID (abcxyz) is used for sign-on in lower-case and also fails. Next, the upper-case ID (ABCXYZ) is used and works, then the upper-case (SYSADMIN) ID is tried again and also works.
