Problem conclusion

• Locations.Parent metadata modified to have sameas relationship
  with Locations.Location so that when length (or maxtype or
  scale) of Locations.Location is modified via Database
  Configuration, Locations.Parent is also modified to be kept in
  synch.  The script also updates the following maxattribute
  values for Locations.Parent in case Locations.Location has
  already been modified from out-of-the-box values:  maxtype,
