• Steps to reproduce in Maximo 7.1.1.4
  
  Step # 1: Created a Rotating Tool 'Dump Truck' (Tools)
  Step # 2: Verified Stocked Tools after Receiving Dump Truck
  against a PO
  Created a PO for Dump Truck and completed RECEIPT in receiving
  application. Steps for creating PO and Receiving against the PO
  are not shown here.
  
  Following screenshot displays Rotating Assets created by
  Receiving against a PO having Dump truck
  
  Step # 3: Verified Asset Creation on RECEIPT against the PO
  (Assets)
  Following screenshot shows the Rotating Asset created by using
  Dump Truck as the Rotating Tool.
  
  Step # 4:  Created MAIN1 as Crew Type using Crew Types (T&D)
  
  Step # 5: Added L1M as Crew using Crew Management (T&D)
  
  Labor Reporting (Enter by Crew)
  1. Go to Labor Reporting Application
  2. Click "Enter by Crew" Icon.
  3. Enter L1M in the Crew field and click Refresh. This will
  populate the "Labor for Crew L1M" and "Tools for Crew L1M"
  sections.
  4. Click the "Select Work Order" and enter WONUM=1000, Start
  Time = 8 and End Time = 16.
  5. Click OK.

  Work Order Tracking (T&D)
  1. Go To Work order Tracking application and open WONUM = 1000.
  2. Click on the Actuals Tab and then Click the "Enter Time By
  Crew" Button.
  3. Enter L1M in the Crew field and click Refresh. This will
  populate the "Labor for Crew L1M" and "Tools for Crew L1M"
  sections.
  4. Click the "Select Work Order" and enter Start Time = 8 and
  End Time = 16.
  5. Click OK.
