Error description
When a user launches an in-house telnet application (QWS3270 PLUS) on a private desktop, the session immediately closes without reaching the login screen. However, when the application is "run as" (from the properties tab) using a local account, it launches and runs as expected. This issue has only been encountered on 2 private desktops. Other private desktops does not have this issue.
Local fix
Solution: Patch was delivered by development to address the issue.
