IZ39906: SCP GETS "AMBIGUOUS TARGET" ERROR MSG WHEN SPACE IN FILE NAME

Error description

• When the file/directory on the TADDM server contains a space in
  it's name, example:
  E:\IBM\cmdb\dist/etc\templates\commands\Tivoli Access Manager
  
  the scp copy of this file to the anchor fails.  Error in
  AnchorSensor.log on TADDM server shows:

Problem summary

• When the file/directory on the TADDM server contains a space in
  it's name,
  example: E:\IBM\cmdb\dist/etc\templates\commands\Tivoli Access
  Manager the scp
  copy of this file to the anchor fails. The scp gets an
  "ambiguous target" message.
