Troubleshooting
Problem
Beginning in Rational ClearQuest version 7.1.2.04, the Report Server for Crystal Reports can be configured to use different versions of the Crystal Reports Java Reporting Component (JRC). However, the report server does not support running data-push reports usingJRC version 12.0 or later.
Symptom
Running ClearQuest data-push reports using JRC version 12.0 or later results in exceptions like the ones shown in this example:
