IZ27241: USERS CANNOT BE CHANGED BACK TO ACTIVE ONCE BLOCKED IF PERSON RECORD HAS SYNONYM STATUS IN PERSONSTATUS

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Users cannot be changed back to Active once blocked if Person
  record has synonym status in PERSONSTATUS
  
  Steps:
  Create synonym status values for the PERSONSTATUS domain.
  Select a synonym value for the PERSON status record for a user.
  Block the User the person is associated to.
  Attempt to unblock the user record.
  Set the status to Active and Save.
  Still says Blocked.
  Looks like Maximo is not validating agains the internal status
  values.
  
  Will attach word doc with screen shots once the issue is
