JR55588: SEO URLs are not constructed when SEO Patterns are created with usage device="mobile"

Error description

• You might notice that SEO URLs are not constructed when the
  following two conditions are applied to your store:
  1. You created an SEO Pattern with device usage set to "mobile",
   for example: <seourl:usage device="mobile">
  
  2. You set the default catalog for the store, which is the same
  as the catalogId that is specified in <wcf:url> tag.
  
  With above settings, SEO URLs are not constructed and instead
  dynamic URLs are constructed whenever SEO Patterns with device
  usage set to "mobile" is used.

Problem summary

  BUSINESS IMPACT:
  SEO Friendly URLs are not constructed and shoppers see dynamic
  URLs as they navigate through store.
  
  RECOMMENDATION:
  

Problem conclusion

• SEOURLMapperImpl class was updated to ensure that the NULL store
   keyword is not returned when store keyword is defined properly
  in SEOURLKEYWORD table.
