Problem
Attempt to open the DXL Reference manual from the help menu in IBM Rational DOORS results in no documentation shown.
Symptom
The DXL Reference Manual does not open after upgrading the Help System with the latest iFix release (version 2.0.2.201107111220).
Attempt to open the DXL help using one of these methods:
- Help > DXL Reference Manual from the main DOORS window
- Help > DXL Reference Manual from inside a Formal module window
- Pressing the Help button on the DXL editor window
None of these methods bring up the DXL Reference Manual.
