Error description

• After installing JR52306  (Mandatory cumulative interim fix 2)
  Image preview in CMC might fail for file names containing
  special characters like ' ' (blank) or '+'.
  

Local fix

• Avoid use of special characters in the file name.

Problem conclusion

• Problem is in the HttpServetRequest (not Commerce code) that
  does not distinguish between white space and the + sign in Linux
   (not Windows) environment.
  
  The solution is to manually put in the URI enconding for the '+'
   sign in the preview.
