IBM Initiate MDS Engine won't start, Error in .mlg log : Unable to create application context for [com.initiate.server.net.listener], unsatisfied dependencies

Troubleshooting


Problem

Attempt to start engine with madconfig start_instance command, but failed, could find the following error message in engine's .mlg log: 20:45:43 [00047] WARN WaiterApplicationContextExecutor: Timeout occurred before finding service dependencies for [OsgiBundleXmlApplicationContext(bundle=com.initiate.server.net.listener, config=osgibundle:/META-INF/spring/*.xml)] 20:45:43 [00047] ERROR WaiterApplicationContextExecutor: Unable to create application context for [com.initiate.server.net.listener], unsatisfied dependencies: Dependency on [(objectClass=com.initiatesystems.hub.mpinet.MPINetProtocolLogic)] (from bean [&netLogic]) org.springframework.context.ApplicationContextException: Application context initialization for 'com.initiate.server.net.listener' has timed out
