Problem
Attempts to open an IBM Rational DOORS module results in "Error while parsing file 'rifids' at line 1: expecting RIFDatabaseSignature".
Symptom
Steps to reproduce:
- Launch IBM Rational DOORS
- Opening the module will display the following error message:
Error while parsing file 'rifids' at line 1: expecting RIFDatabaseSignatureimage
Click OK to abort the process and Rational DOORS session will be closed.
