Problem
The character coding in DataPower firmware is ensured by the International Components for Unicode (ICU) libraries. International Components for Unicode (ICU) is an open-source, portable set of C/C++ and Java™ libraries for Unicode support, software internationalization, and globalization that is designed to give applications the same result on all platforms.
