Error description

  • When a coach view has an option that is a List and that option
is bound to static data, sub-views of this view that are bound
to this option value do not get mapped properly causing some
List operations to fail including Table view pagination.

If a coach view has an option that is a list and at design time
this binding is statically bound (i.e. hard coded), the option
is stored with a "[x]" qualifier for each index. If a sub-view
uses this option value as a binding, this "[x]" is stripped off,
so the binding is not passed correctly to the sub-view.

IBM Business Process Manager (BPM) Advanced
    IBM BPM Standard
    IBM BPM Express

Local fix

Problem summary

  • A fix will be incorporated into a later release that ensures
that the "[x]" index is preserved so that at
runtime the list binding can function properly.

Problem conclusion

Temporary fix
