Problem
A message comes up when trying to create a TM1 service.
Symptom
C:\Program Files\IBM\TM1\bin>tm1sd.exe -install <ServiceName> <DataDirectoryPath>
tm1sd -install to install the service
tm1sd -remove to remove the service
tm1sd -debug <params> to run as a console app for debugging
StartServiceCtrlDispatcher being called.
