Error description

• When inserting data into the Sequential file stage as the
  target, the Filter stage throws multiple warnings. The warning
  messages is:
  APT_CombinedOperatorController,0:
  Invalid character(s) ([xEB]) found converting string (code
  point(s):04~000000013~000000009345~57520542307~027~009~1~+00000
  80.50~+000 00010000~520~201...) from codepage UTF-8 to
  Unicode, substituting.
  The job runs correctly and the warnings are invalid.
  

Local fix

• Add the extended attribute to Unicode for a Varchar column.
