Problem

Running a task from the DOS command prompt fails if the datasource of the fact build or dimension build is a published Framework Manager package. Also, when attempting to run a task within the Data Manager workbench before logging into the Cognos environment, the same error can occur.

Symptom

DM-CST-0110 Data Manager CST Interface Error (CSTSOAPFaultException - cmHeaderFault): DMCST_TrustedGetPassport
