データベースが活動化されている状態であっても、.NET アプリケーションからの最初のデータベース接続に時間がかかります。 同じアプリケーションからの 2 回目以降の接続では時間がかかりません。 また、CLP などの .NET 以外のアプリケーションからの接続では時間がかかりません。
