APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Cannot  open Transform Routines or compile a sequence job
  making use of a transform routine.
  The following error can then be found in dstage_wrapper_trace:
  2013-11-05 15:34:41,903 ERROR
  com.ascential.dstage.proxies.NewRepos.log(NewRepos.java:5765) -
  (External) vmdsrpos.ConverterObject[unset].JSONNodeToObject -
  Type incompatible: -2
  Two further issues have been identified containing the above
  error affecting the following functionality:
  - Open Transform or Routines displayed an empty frame.
  - Compile a sequence job making use of a transform routine
  failed.
  - Importing Table Definitions with ReadOnly = TRUE
  - Opening any Standardization Rule does not work, no error is
  shown.
  This issue only happens on non-English locales and a Visual
  Basic resource DLL (VB6xx.dll) must exist in Windows\System32
  or Windows\SysWOW64
  The DLL's filename must match the current system locale - for
  example VB6FR.DLL for French (France) etc.
  

Local fix

• Change the "Regional Settings" of a PC from "French" to
  "English (UK)"

  displayed Routines and Transforms as empty.
