Error description
Task changes including newly created category and related products are finished and published to base schema, store front doesn't show the new category in the dropdown list but keyword search of the new category can hit the category.

USERS AFFECTED: Users that using workspace to do task publish for newly created category will be affected. PROBLEM ABSTRACT: Extra cache in the CategoryHierarchyDataBean cause the cache update problem BUSINESS IMPACT: The problem might gives wrong category result list in store front until the cache entry for the dropdown list is cleaned up manually.
