Statistic 19 installation media defect. Some of Statistic 19 installation DVD had no installation files or part of the installation files are missing due to this defect. When a part of installation files are missing, Following error occurred when installing Statistic 19: "The cabinet file '*.cab' required for this installation is corrupt and cannot be used. This could indicate a network error, an error regarding from the CD-ROM, or a problem with this pack...." Notes: above '*.cab' can contains any of following file name: Bas.cab, Client.cab, ClientAc.cab, Common.cab, COM_LIB.cab, OM_SRVR.cab, CustID.cab, Eclips.cab, GSKit.cab, Help.cab, Help_de.cab, Help_es.cab, Help_fr.cab, Help_it.cab, elp_ja.cab, Help_ko.cab, Help_pl.cab, Help_ru.cab, lp_zhCN.cab, Hlp_zhTW.cab, JRE.cab, LAP.cab, Lopts.cab, , isc.cab, Net.cab, NetID.cab, Sbb.cab, Script.cab, Server.cab, V7.cab, v7temp.cab, VirtID.cab, WWD.cab

This problem has been reported to SPSS Manufacturing - No Workaround Available

Request for the installation media replacement to sales department.
