Problem summary

• Problem Description:
  Attached timer with repeatable flag and trigger relative to due
  date is repeated immediately after first trigger
  
  Problem Summary:
  BPM handles attached intermediate timers with repeatable flag in
  the following way:
  - When the task is started, the first execution of the timer is
  scheduled
  - Each time when a repeatable timer is triggered, it schedules
  the next execution of the timer
  When the model specifies that the timer should be triggered a
  specific interval before / after the Due Date of the
  activity or before / after a custom date, the algorithm contains
  a flaw. It calculates the scheduled time for the
  repeated firing of the event in the same way as the time for the
  first firing. This leads to the fact that after the
  first instance of the event is triggered, the calculated time
  for the next execution is already reached and the following
  instances of the event are immediately executed.
  

Problem conclusion

• Modified the calculation for the repeated event execution. As
  soon as the date / time for the first execution is reached,
  add the specified time interval to the current time and
  reschedule the event with this target date.
