Error description

• During load testing the CPU spikes during load of a large number
  of users. This causes overall performance degradation, heavy
  database utilization and timeouts.

  users. This causes heavy CPU and database usage which
  manifests as overall slowness of the system.
  

Problem conclusion

• Cacheing has been updated to reduce the amount of user
  reloading necessary during runtime.
