Error description
Rich search page hanges when using Internet Explorer 3 with Microsoft Service Pack 3, This issue happens more frequently if you have multiple categories and multiple items within those categories. When switching from Single Edit page or Multi-edit page to Rich Search page, the browser hangs. When you click on the Internet Explorer browser, the browser window shows "Not Responding". At this point, you have to close the browser window to exit.

Using Internet Explorer 7 or Internet Explorer 8.

A fix for this problem has been included in Master Data Management Server for Product Information Management version 9.1.0-FP2.
