Problem
I installed the Sentinel RMS License manager on my server. After having installed PASW Statistics 17.0 and the PASW Statistics 17.0.2 patch and launching of the application I see in the Sentinel RMS License manager the user appearing. However on the users workstation we get the error. Error # 2070 >The license server is down. Please check to see that the license server is >running or ask your local site coordinator to check the license server. >This command not executed. >Specific symptom number: 5 End of job: 7 command lines 1 errors 0 warnings 0 CPU seconds I used a sniffer to find out what could be the cause of this and see -------------------------- Source port : stt Destination port : sentinel -lm Fragmented IP protocol Time -to-live exceeded(fragment reassembly time exceeded)
