Problem

There are times when installing IBM SPSS C&DS will fail due to insufficient permissions on the database where the repository is to be installed. Some examples are: * "Insufficient privileges" error during setup when installing Collaboration and Deployment Services (C&DS) with Oracle database java.sql.SQLException: [SPSSOEM][Oracle JDBC Driver][Oracle]ORA-01031: insufficient privileges at spssoem.jdbc.base.BaseExceptions.createException(Unknown Source) at spssoem.jdbc.base.BaseExceptions.getException(Unknown Source) at spssoem.jdbc.oracle.OracleImplStatement.execute(Unknown Source) * "The input user does not have the following required permission: create schema" on DB2 Prerequisite Check: Database Permission Check: FAIL: The input user does not have the following required permission:create schema
