JR36110: ABAP JOB FAILED WITH VALIDATE WITH THE FOLLOWING ERROR: UNABLE TO CONVERT FROM CODE PAGE '4110' TO CODE PAGE '1100'

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The ABAP job uses FTP data transfer method.  The job run and
  extract data properly from SAP at DS SAP R/3 6.5.  The existing
  jobs were build from DS SAP R/3 pack 6.0.1.  The validation
  works fine at DS SAP R/3 6.0.1.   Now, in DS SAP R/3 pack 6.5,
  the validation of ABAP job failed.
