JR35678: SYBASE DEADLOCK DOES NOT CAUSE JOB TO ABORT

Error description

• Sybase DB will deadlock and cause job not to process all the
  records, but job does not abort

  Sybase Deadlock causes only warning not job abort.
  ****************************************************************
  RECOMMENDATION:
  Install patch for JR35678

Problem conclusion

• When SybaseOC job is closen as a deadlock victime, the job does
  not abort as expected.
  Modified code to abort the job when the job is aborted by ASE
  server as a result of deadlock
