Does SPSS offer an exact or other small sample confidence interval for a difference between two binomial proportions?

Troubleshooting

Problem

I have data for two groups and want to form a confidence interval for the difference in proportions. The only way I see to do this in SPSS would be to treat the 0-1 values as the dependent variable in a linear model, using normal theory methods. This is not appropriate for these data with the sample sizes I have. I really need a small sample confidence interval for the difference between two proportions. Does SPSS offer such an interval?
