Problem
I am generating different groups of random numbers in SPSS with separate COMPUTE commands. I set my random seed at the beginning of the job but the second group of random numbers is not the same as the first group. Why is this and how can I generate the same random numbers for different COMPUTES within the same session of SPSS?
