Problem
Survival analysis with Kaplan-Meier curves works well in SPSS, but I'm having a problem with the graphs. How can I get rid of the "markers" as defaults on the curves? When there are thousands of points, the markers simply coalesce and the line looks more like a "band". Changing the colors of the markers to 'no color' doesn't work.
