Error description
?Description? Cannot parse DBCS characters contained in reports.manifest file that have been copied from the reports.l10n directory. The readm e file in this directory indicates that this is possible. This i nformation is used in RDA Data ? Publish ? Report ? Generate Rep ort dialog. The .log file for the workspace contains the org.xml .sax.SAXParseException. ?To reproduce? 1.Copy the reports_ja.manifest file one directory up. 2. Change the name to reports.manifest and overwrite existing re ports.manifest file. 3. Create a pdf report from within RDA Data ? Publish ? Report ? Generate Report dialog. ?Expected? The Description etc contained in the localized reports.manifest file is parseable. ?Actual? A popup error occurs from RDA when selecting Data ? Publish ? R eport combination.

Problem conclusion
No plan to fix. Since V7 FP3, RDA has started to use the ERF report integrating client and reports.manifest file is not used anymore.
