Error description
Support Engineer: GBH Change Team Eng: EJ Environment: TSAAM v3.2.1.1 Details: Sometimes operators couldn't login to ISC. I see then exceptions in SystemOut.log like this ones from today in the morning (Feb 11th): portletcontainer.core.PortletServlet doDispatch EJPPC0104E: Error occurred while dispatching portlet javax.portlet.PortletException ...... Caused by: java.lang.RuntimeException: pauseServletThread(): m_bWrapperMode == false : timeout exceeded Summary of data analysis: The thread dump shows a dead-lock in the TSAAM code. The situation can occur if a user opens the SA Operations Console and, while the code still retrieves the domain hierarchy from the backend, the user triggers a Logout from the ISC. This may also be the cause for other hanging OpCon problems that occur from time to time. 1LKDEADLOCK Deadlock detected !!!
