Error description

• Implement "updateFramework" CLI command that allows users to
  update TEMA Framework components, individually or as a
  collection, without the requirement of updating the currently
  installed OS Agent version number.

Problem summary

• Need ability to update agent framework components remotely
  without updating the OS agent already installed.
  

Problem conclusion

• Implemented the a new command, "tacmd updateframework" which
  allows agent framework components (TEMA, GSkit, Java, ...) to be
  upgraded remotely on a UNIX/Linux endpoints.
  
  Future defect will allow Windows update of agent Framework.
