• Problem Description:
  Incorrect error message is displayed when trying to view already
  recalled
  message.
  This is an regression issue on 8.5.1.
  
  Environment:
  Domino/Notes
  8.5.1
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Make sure that already recalled message is still in inbox
  view. (It'll be
  gone after processing next polling time)
  2. Try to open the above message, Message/Log on 8.5 is correct,
  but they are
  incorrect on 8.5.1.
  
      Test result:
          - 8.5
  
  Error message: "A problem has occurred which may have caused the
  current
  operation to fail."

• This APAR is associated with SPR# KYOE8427D7.
  The proper fix is to wrap the error with a meaningful message
   (e.g. Message has been recalled").   Functionally, the recall
   is working.    Will address this with other future
