LO48871: SMARTICONS TOOLBAR DISAPPEARS WHEN SWITCHING FROM IN-PLACE WORD OLE OBJECT TO NOTES

Error description

• The Toolbar (SmartIcons) sometimes disappears when switching
  from the in place
  Word OLE object to Notes (and more rarely from Notes to Word) If
  a user enters
  File - Preferences - Toolbar Preferences and simply click OK
  without making any
  changes, the toolbar reappears.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1) File/Preferences/User Preferences/Mail/Alternate Mail Editor:
   Microsoft Word
  2) Create/Word Memo
  3) Type something in the OLE object in the body field
  4) Try to enter for example the To or the cc or the bcc field ->
  the smarticons
  are gone.
  

Local fix

• Customer can go to File > Preferences > Toolbar Preferences and
  simply click OK without making any changes, the SmartIcons
  toolbar reappears.
