Error description

• Env:
  Client OS: English WinXP SP2 + S.Chinese locale enabled +
  GB18030 package
  (Happening for people using english 1101 build on win xp as well
  - on mail they
  get from outlook users)
  
    NotesClient: V80_M3_10162006np
  
  Steps:
  1. Set one user to send email directly to internet in the user's
  location.
     1) Basic tab, input the user's internet mail address.
     2) Mail tab, input internet domain in "Internet domain for
  Notes addresses
  when connectiong directly to the Internet"
     3) Mail tab, select "directly to Internet" in "Send outgoing
  mail"
     4) Create one account to allow your to send email to your
  server.You can
  select "SMTP" in Protocol.
  
  2. Compose one email, in the subject and body field, copy and
  paste below
  GB18030 chars.

  3. Input the user's internet email address and click Send. You
  will get one
  dialog Multilingual MIME Warnings, see below picture.
     Click OK. You will get this dialog again, click OK again.
  Then you will send
  this email out.

     The expected result: You should only get this dialog once,
  after you have
