LO47661: NOTES ACF BLOCKS HTML CONTENT WHICH CAUSES MALFORMED URL LINKS

Error description

• When user opens a particular MIME message, URL links do not show
  properly.
  After further investigating this issue, it was determined that
  Notes Active
  Content Filter was blocking some of the HTML code, which caused
  the malformed
  URL links within the message.
  
  Review of the temporary ~webxxx.htm file shows that
  Notes ACF was blocking the HTML code, and causing this
  problem:
  
  This problem is not reproducible after disabling the Notes ACF
  feature using
  the notes.ini parameter BrowserRenderNoFilter=1
  

Local fix

• Use BrowserRenderNoFilter=1
