LO47417: UNABLE TO PRINT CUSTOM LOGO ON LETTERHEAD

APAR status

Error description

• Logos in letterheads are not printing if the image file is of
  type jpeg
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. Created an Image Resource for the main element (using a jpeg
  file).
  2. Changed the alias to StdNotesLtr50
  3. Edited the (Calendar Profile) form, go to the  "DefaultLogo"
  field on the Letterhead tab
  4. Double-click on the field to  for filed properties, go to the
  2nd tab for the listbox and added "My letterhead|StdNotesLtr50"
  
  5. From Tool Preferences in Notes, choose your customized
  letterhead
  6. Compose a new Memo and do a print preview, you do not see
  your custom logo (the jpeg file)
  7. Print it and still the same problem
