Error description
Declined mail is sent to sender when the assigned todo mail has been deleted in todo list view. Steps to reproduce: 1. An inotes user (such as Newnew) create a todo entry and assign another inotes user New2 to do it. 2. The second user (such as New2) open the mail and go to Todo list, press the delete button to delete the assigned todo item. He will get an message said: A notice will be sent to decline the counter proposal. 3. After pressing OK, a declined mail will be sent to the first user. 4. But if the assigned todo mail is deleted from the Inbox (not todo list), other box will be shown, and the declined mail will not be sent to sender. The above 2 actions are all used for deleting the assigned todo entry, but the results are different. Customer would like to use the "deleting calendar or todo entires" instead of sending decline mail to the sender since decline mail is showing unneighbourly information to sender.
