LO46099: RE-RUNNING DOMINO FAX SETUP FAILED. REPORTED "THIS DATABASE CA NNOT BE READ DUE TO AN INVALID ON DISK STRUCTURE"

Error description

• Reproduce steps:
  1. Restore Domino Fax V4R5M0 on IBM i, apply the QFXD4503 PTF
  (this ptf enable the domino fax support for D8.5).
  2. Configure a Domino 8.5 server, e.g. FXD8501
  3. Run below command to add domino fax to the server FXD8501
     ADDDOMAPP SVRPATH((FXD8501)) LICPGM(5733FXD)
  4. Start the Domino server, and open the setupfxd.nsf from notes
  
  client, fill in administrator name and the conversion service IP
  
  address. Then click OK.
  5. After finish the setup, it will remind you that you have not
  
  configure fax device, you can ignore this. and close the page.
  6. Reopen the setupfxd.nsf, and run the setup again(you do not
  
  need to change any of the current settings).  The Domino server
  
  will crash, and you will find the setup process failed, and in
  
  the Domino data directory, you can find a FxDInstallLog file,
  where lists the detailed fail log.
