LO45315: MULTI USER: CAN'T UNCHECK "USE LOTUS NOTES AS MY DEFAULT E-MAIL PROGRAM"

Error description

• When you install Notes Client as Multi User, you can't uncheck
  "Use Lotus Notes
  as my default e-mail program" setting. If you uncheck it, Notes
  Client keeps
  being default e-mail program, and the setting is never
  unchecked.
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Install Notes Client as Multi User install
  2. Setup the Notes Client
  3. [File] - [Preferences] - [User Preferences]
  4. Open [Mail] - [Internet] tab
  5. Uncheck "Use Lotus Notes as my default e-mail program"
  6. Click [OK] and shutdown the Notes Client
  7. Launch the Notes Client again
  8. Open [Mail] - [Internet] tab again
  
  You can see "Use Lotus Notes as my default e-mail program" is
  still checked.
  If you install Notes Client as Single User, this problem isn't
  reproduced.
