APAR status

Error description

  • An internal IBM ExtMgr DLL can cause hangs due to poor coding
    decisions.
    The tool can make network calls, even before the user has used
    any network
    resources.   That is a questionable practive.
    To be polite to IBMers, and avoid the hang, the minor timing
    change has been
    reverted.
