Problem
Attempts to use sendEMailMessage() and sendEMailNotification () DXL perms in IBM Rational DOORS 9.3 results in the error "An error has occurred whilst...".
Symptom
Email notification function does not work after upgrade to Rational DOORS 9.3.
Usage of the DXL perms sendEMailMessage() and sendEMailNotification () result in the following error message:
An error has occurred whilst attempting to receive SMTP data over IPC
